A New Generation Emerges: 1975 |

In 1977, W. Ron Allen (Allen family), who had served as Secretary for two years, was elected Tribal Council Chair, a position he still holds today.
In 1982, Allen was hired as Executive Director (now CEO), in addition to his elected role as Tribal Council Chair. Allen remains a highly respected leader in local, regional, national and international arenas, representing not only the Jamestown people, but all of Indian Country.
